The home of the Ball State University Cardinals, The Fehribach Group provided design consultation to ensure the newly constructed pressbox, restrooms, concession buildings, ticket buildings and other site improvements are accessible to people with disabilities. The Fehribach Group also assisted in making accessibility improvements to the existing West Grandstand.
Sursa Performance Hall
Under the direction of CSO Architects, The Fehribach Group was closely involved in designing a facility that is inclusive for patrons with disabilities or limited mobility. The 600-seat hall is the cornerstone of the University’s music instruction program and is used as a rehearsal, performance and recording hall.
Park Hall and Kinghorn Hall
Greg assisted CSO Architects, Inc. in creating new residence halls for the students of Ball State University. The inclusion of elevators, accessible rooms, and wide paths of travel in and around the halls provide students with disabilities access to the amenities in these upgraded residence halls. Most importantly, these barrier-free residence halls allow students with disabilities to integrate in the university culture with their peer-students without the constraint of built obstacles.
