Indiana State Fairgrounds Coliseum

In 1939, President Franklin Roosevelt, a wheelchair user, commissioned the Indiana State Fair’s historic Coliseum. In 2014, The Fehribach Group provided essential consultation on the renovation of the multipurpose facility, making the iconic WPA project fully accessible for the first time in 75 years. Guests with disabilities can now enjoy excellent sightlines for everything from basketball to rodeo. This project demonstrated how historical buildings can be made fully accessible.
